1) Accompanied by ORIGINAL RECEIPT and a short explanation!
2) MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE! Sorry, no exceptions!
3) Must be packaged sufficiently as to not incur damage to enclosed jewelry or postal equipment. Wrap well and place in a puffed envelope with sufficient postage.
4) Email email@example.com to inform us the RETURN is coming our way! We want to be on the lookout for the parcel:
The jewelry must be clean, non-damaged and in an acceptable condition. A percentage of the refundable monies could be withheld if the jewelry isn't in a near-new condition. That $% will be determined after it's received.
If you purchased via www.kckreations.com or over the telephone with a credit/debit card, then your refund* will be less 3% (of the original purchase price) -- due to processing fees incurred by KC Kreations on your original order.
If any postage-due charges are incurred by KC Kreations for the returned parcel, then you will be responsible for that amount, as well.
You will receive your refund* in a timely manner via USPS.
